We believe the internet can be more than just a place to shop or browse. It can be a place where people connect, discover something new, share experiences, and feel like they belong.
About us and My background:
My name is Lisa Hanes, and my professional background has taken me through many different fields, and experiences. i have worked as a CNA, cashier, stockyard worker, feed store employee, and horse trainer. Each of these experiences has taught me valuable lessons about hard work, responsibility, perseverance, communication, and working with people. At the stockyards and feed store, I learned the importance of getting the job done, whether that meant loading feed or getting the correct cattle loaded on a customers trailer. Working with horses as a trainer taught me patience, consistency, trust, and the importance of understanding that everyone-and every situation-is different.
Today, i am taking everything I have learned throughout my life and putting those experiences to work as an Online Marketer. I am continuing to learn, grow, and build alongside an incredible team of people. And that is one of the things I love most about our team. We have people from so many different backgrounds, careers, experiences, and walks of life. Every person brings something unique to the table.

The very Online Community that you are a part of is built on a WordPress System that is called a Performance Blogging System, or as we call it “PBS”. PBS was created by Rory Ricord, who remains very active in the training, education, and support of our community. His involvement helps provide members with the guidance and resources they need as they learn and grow. One of the things that makes PBS so exciting is the level of control it gives us over our own online presence. We think of it as our own online printing press-a place where we can create, publish, and share information with the world.
Instead of simply consuming information online, we have the ability to become creators and publishers ourselves. Through our websites, blog posts, social media, and other online channels, we can share our knowledge, experiences, ideas, products, and stories with people all around the world. And because the content we create can be discovered through search engines, social media, and online posts, we have the opportunity to put our message in front of people who are actively searching for information.
That is what makes this community so powerful: we are not just building websites-we are building an online presence, creating information, and learning how to share it with the world. Because this is a true Online Community, we do not do this alone. We work together as teams, supporting one another, encouraging each other, and having each other’s backs as we build and grow. We understand that life happens. Sometimes things come up that interrupt our goals or change our plans and that is okay. Maybe you need to step away for a while to take care of your family. Family come first, and sometimes life requires our attention elsewhere. When those moments happen, you do not have to feel like you are starting over or that everything you have worked for has to stop. Your Team is there to support you.
We believe in helping each other through the ups and downs, sharing what we know, and working together to protect and strengthen what we are building. That is what makes this more than just an online business or a website. It is a community of people working together, learning together, and growing together. When one of us needs a little extra support, we step up. When someone succeeds, we celebrate together. And when life gets in the way, we help each other find a way forward.

About Us And How We Began:
I personal joined this Online Community to figure out how to create an income online. When I first stared, I honestly did not know the ins and outs of what needed to be done, what needed to be created, or how all the pieces came together to make an online business work. I was starting from the beginning and had a lot to learn. But from the moment I got involved and connected with the instructor, my learning journey began.
I started learning how the online world works, how to create content, how to build an online presence, and how all of these pieces can come together to create something of my own. And now, here I am helping others learn something that once seemed completely new and unfamiliar to me. That is one of the most incredible parts of the journey. I came here looking for a way to learn and build an income online, and along the way, I discovered a community, a team, and an opportunity to help others do the same.
I am still learning. I am still growing. And I am still building. But now I get to share what I have learned with others, support my team, and continue growing together.Whatever brought you here, I am thankful for it. The more we grow and connect with others in the Awesome things we do, the better. The World needs to become a Better Place for All and we all can do something to make it happen, Communications, and publishing online is a very effective way to do so.
